YOGABODY takes a science-based approach focused on mind-body fitness, biomechanics, the nervous system, and endocrine system. We deliberately omit spiritual teachings from our coursework out of respect for our students’ individual beliefs (or lack thereof).

Are you interested in teaching yoga as a hobby, or are you interested in the business side of things, too? YOGABODY is owned and operated by career professionals. We openly “talk shop”, and in the coursework, we deep dive into client management, pricing, packaging, sales, and marketing.

The Online Experience

You’ll be issued a login and password for our official eLearning platform where you’ll find pose-by-pose tutorials, checklists, flashcards, and more. This new and updated platform has five times the number of resources offered on any other course, and you get lifetime access.
Class Discussions
Our private Telegram group is where most of the discussions happen. We’ll share photos and videos of our practices, answer questions, and explore opportunities together. We are active in the group every single day.
6-Week Intensive Course (Mon-Fri)
A daily two-hour live class. 60 min yoga class + 60 min posture clinic, lecture and practice teaching + 30 minutes self-scheduled practice with a partner. Can’t make live class? No problem. The replay is available the same day, and every single question is answered each day by your trainers.
100 Yoga Classes Logged
You can log 50 classes from prior experience, before the course starts, and 50 during the course – and yes, our sessions count too. Online classes count, and we offer regular (free) classes in our alumni group that you’ll be invited to as well.

Contract Template
When you teach a class or workshop at a fitness center, corporate office, or festival, you will need a contract. Don’t waste time and money, simply fill in the blanks with this form and you’ll be ready to go.
Live Class Pass
You’ll join our private YB Teacher Group. In this commercial-free zone, graduates teach and take classes together. You’ll access live classes weekly and join active graduates worldwide for professional networking. It’s a fantastic way to make connections and gain practice and teaching experience.

We try to check as many things off your to-do list as possible, so before you graduate, we’ll help you create cover art and profile pics for your social media profiles.
New Student Liability Form
No more paperwork or clunky software. We’ve created a simple system where your students can register online, use their thumb or mouse to sign the contract, and a copy is automatically emailed to both you and your client. For insurance and data privacy reasons, it’s essential that you have a new student form with a liability waiver for your classes. Software companies charge $100-180 a year for this. We give all our graduates lifetime access including custom URLs for free.

What you need to know
Course Requirements
You’ll submit a total of three quizzes (online, multiple choice) and three practice teaching videos. All assignments are designed to reinforce and demonstrate learning, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. If, for some reason, you’re struggling with an assignment, an instructor will work one-on-one with you to ensure your success.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this just a bunch of videos?
No. Most online courses just email you a ton of videos to watch and expect you to figure things out on your own. This doesn’t work. Studying at home is great, studying alone is not. Our courses are all live, interactive, with direct feedback, and an amazing community. You can go at your own pace too, of course, but the live online immersion is irreplaceable.
At what time are the classes?
Class times during the online immersion are as follows: Monday to Friday: 9-11 am California, 12-2 pm NYC, 5-7 pm London, 6-8 pm Barcelona time. (check your time zone)
What if the live class times don't work and I miss a class?
Everything is recorded and published daily, so if you’re at work or your time zone doesn’t match up well with us, simply catch the replay and you’ll be up to date.
If I miss the live classes, won't I miss out?
No, not at all. You’ll be assigned a practice partner in your time zone, you’ll have access to all classes, and we’ll be in touch in real-time in the group forum. On a typical course, about 50% of trainees are unable to join us in real-time, but they catch up before or after class.
